What is the process to

Just fill out our Portfolio Submission Form and upload
your data file. We will review your submission and tender an
offer usually within 24 business hours.
Is the Bankers
Assistance Program a debt broker?
No, we are direct buyers of distressed consumer debt and
non-performing mortgages.
Will the Bankers
Assistance Program buy from debt brokers?
Absolutely. We will evaluate debt being sold by or
through a broker or originator and bid according to the
strength of the portfolio.
How do you price a
portfolio?
We evaluate the data file based on past performance of
like kind debt and our ability to collect and make profit.
How much information
does my initial data file have to have?
The more, the better. At a minimum, we require the
initial review data file to have: City, State, County, ZIP,
Original Creditor, Account Balance, Last Payment Date,
Charge Off Date, Delinquent Date, Date Account Opened,
Number of Agencies Worked, and do the accounts have: Home
Phone?, Work Phone?, Social Security Number?
How much information does my final data
file have to have?
Again, the more, the better. At a minimum, we require the final data file to
have: All of the data above from initial data file plus Full Name of Debtor,
Account Number, Address, Home Phone, Work Phone, Social Security Number, Amount
of Last Payment.
Can you assist us in collecting our
outstanding debt as a debt collector with a contingency fee?
Absolutely.
Submit your portfolio as you would if it were for sale and make a note in
the Special Comments section of our form that the deal is contingency based. We
will respond.
